Hannah is our Marketing and Communicators Coordinator and has been with the company for 2 years.

Prior to starting her journey with ACL, Hannah had very limited experience working within an office environment, previously only worked in the retail and hospitality industry. Having also studied Graphic Design at A Level, Hannah had a good understanding of brand identity and enjoyed working creatively, something she was looking to incorporate into her career moving forwards.
Hannah started at ACL as Office Administrator, a role she found very fulfilling and thoroughly enjoyed doing due to the nature of the role being busy and involving much more than being sat at a desk all day. However, it soon became apparent that her interest in the ACL brand and creative skillset would be more valuable if put to use in a Marketing role, the role in which she is now stationed.
Life as a marketing and communications
Although Hannah’s role is predominantly office based, each day always brings new opportunities. Especially in recent times having played a crucial part in our rebrand, Hannah’s day typically consists of working on long term projects, looking at how we can build our brand and digital presence. Hannah works closely with both fellow HQ colleagues and engineers, learning key information about our industry and even helping to organise charity and social events.

The best part of the job
For Hannah, one of the best parts of her job is the variety of work and projects she has been able to get involved with. Coming from a background of little office experience, having the opportunity to assist with projects such as a website build and a rebrand is incredibly fulfilling and exciting. This is one of her favourite parts of working for ACL, if you show an interest in progression and learning, ACL always look to help you to do so both professionally and personally. Hannah also values the close-knit community that ACL has built, having stemmed from a small family owned business we now have a strong family ethos that is rooted in our community and culture
