Background
Having received a Level 1 qualification for both plumbing and electrical engineering upon leaving school, Mitchell went straight into the world of work via an apprenticeship.
He began his journey with us after finding our apprenticeship scheme through his chosen college. After completing his qualification with us he joined our BEMS team
Life as an engineer
Working at one of our Stadia sites, where we look after their BEMS systems through their facilities management company. Mitchell typically starts his day at 08:00am, being trained in BEMS and our other 2 core services Mitchell prefers the technical challenge involved when installing and maintaining this type of high-level system. Although usually doing maintenance, Mitchell finds a lot of satisfaction in working on and completing projects as you can compare the end result to where the project started.

The best part of the job
Mitchell find the best part of his job to be having the flexibility of working as a team as well as on your own. It is always enjoyable when working with another team member who you get on with very well, but when working on your own fault finding and such works can be incredibly rewarding.
