Culture & community
Leading a fulfilling career and feeling proud to be part of a specialist team is at the heart of acl culture.
Why acl culture & community is important
What we do is highly rewarding, but not always easy, so maintaining a strong sense of culture and community is important to us.
We look after all our teams with benefit schemes and perks because we understand that what we do requires skill, expertise and commitment and we believe in creating a healthy, satisfying and fulfilling work environment for everyone.
We welcome the opportunity to give back to charitable causes and host a variety of fundraising events including gruelling tough mudders and bake sale challenges! We host a fabulous Christmas party to see the year out in style.
Our commitment to our people
Our people matter and we believe in looking after our teams.
Our absolute priority is ensuring a safe and secure work environment so that jobs can be carried out seamlessly, whilst feeling fully supported.
We offer generous benefit schemes to reward dedication and hard work, such as an annual bonus and a long-term service benefit for those who forge extensive careers with ACL.
We actively encourage career growth and progression and offer continued training and development, helping people move forward in their role or explore alternative career paths across the business.
Our Company Values
acl social events
Life is all about balance, and whilst we expect a lot from our people in their work, we like to make sure we inject a healthy dose of fun social events as a reward, keeping team morale high and getting everyone together whenever we can.
At Christmas and summertime, we hold company-wide parties which are always a great opportunity for everyone to reconnect. And in between those, we hold regular small events at our head office in Frimley.
A Little Of Our Story
acl charity events
Each year we choose a charity to partner with who we pledge to raise a certain amount of money for. These charities are important to us and we hold several fundraising events throughout the year to help reach our target.
This year, Macmillan Cancer Support is our chosen charity, and we’re proud to have smashed our £5,000 target. Through doing various events from climbing Mount Snowdon to hosting a Halloween fancy dress competition, we’re enthusiastic and not afraid to get our hands dirty!
