With 13 years of industry experience behind her Victoria joined ACL as Contract Support, she excelled in this role and has since been promoted to the role she is in today, Service Manager.
Having worked in similar roles Victoria has the ability to deliver a fantastic and reliable service to our customers and is an asset to her team
Life as a Service Manager
Victoria’s primary role is to assist the Division Manager, Mark, with any day to day duties within their business unit, this includes assisting the Service Co-Ordinators, Engineers and Clients when required. She is also responsible for reviewing maintenance and call out paperwork, issuing remedial quotations, reviewing and checking that all maintenance visits have been scheduled, issuing contract renewals and assisting with small work quotations when required. Victoria also holds full responsibility for a select list of accounts.
